These terms govern your use of Oh hey® ("the service"). By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Oh hey® is software we may change, suspend, or discontinue at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required in your region to use the service and have authority to accept these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, using the support channel listed on the App Store.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. For example, do not break the law, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer except where law allows, or interfere with other users or our systems.
Content
You retain rights to content you send. You give us permission to host, process, and transmit it as needed to run the service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to share it.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars or what you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if we need to for legal, safety, or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
General
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where local consumer rules require otherwise.
